Il d\u00e9coule de textes anciens parlant d&rsquo;une m\u00e9thode de lib\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;\u00eatre dans sa globalit\u00e9. A l&rsquo;origine, c&rsquo;est donc une pratique m\u00e9ditative traditionnelle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Dans une forme plus occidentale, c&rsquo;est une forme de yoga doux, postural et toujours m\u00e9ditatif.<br \/>On associe le contr\u00f4le du souffle (pranayama) \u00e0 des postures physiques (asanas), \u00e0 des mantras et \u00e0 de la m\u00e9ditation.<br \/>C&rsquo;est donc un travail sur le corps, l&rsquo;esprit et le mental ; un travail sur le Soi.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser son corps et son souffle pour favoriser la circulation des \u00e9nergies dans le corps.<\/p><p>Les postures sont tenues quelques minutes, selon les pratiquants. On vient renforcer les muscles, travailler sur la souplesse, la mobilit\u00e9 et la force du corps et de l&rsquo;esprit. text-transform: var( --e-global-typography-text-text-transform ); background-color: var( --e-global-color-50132ba );\">Le Yoga pr\u00e9 &amp; postnatal accompagnent les femmes enceintes, d\u00e8s les premiers jours de grossesse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;accouchement, et apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;accouchement, d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res heures.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/>La m\u00e9thode Siniwali reprend l&rsquo;enseignement de Bernadette de Gasquet et y ajoute une dimension plus subtile que l&rsquo;on retrouve dans le yoga traditionnel.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans cette approche, le physique (comment adapter la pratique \u00e0 chaque trimestre pour se sentir bien et pour soulager ou pr\u00e9venir des petits bobos de la grossesse) et l\u2019\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (comment g\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9nergie du b\u00e9b\u00e9 qui s\u2019installe et qui, de m\u00eame que l\u2019\u00e9nergie de sa future maman, change au long de chaque trimestre) sont bien entrem\u00eal\u00e9.<\/p><p>Par un travail sur la respiration, sur la posture correcte pour cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;espace dans le corps, sur le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e, on se pr\u00e9pare en douceur \u00e0 l&rsquo;accouchement.\u00a0<\/p><p>En post-natal, on reprend conscience de son corps de jeune maman.
